Sawgrass Armament operates as a licensed firearm dealer and service provider located in Orlando, Florida. All sales, transfers, and services are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local firearm laws. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are legally permitted to own and possess firearms and related products.
All firearm sales must comply with ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) regulations. Firearms cannot be shipped directly to a customer’s home and must be sent to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer for transfer.
If a transfer is denied or returned due to non-compliance with laws or failure to pass background checks, a restocking or processing fee may apply.
We make every effort to ensure product listings are accurate and current. However, product availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without notice. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the order with notice provided to the customer.
All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars and do not include taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless otherwise noted.
Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout or discussed directly during in-person transactions.
Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be reported to authorities, and Sawgrass Armament reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
Firearms are shipped only to verified FFL dealers in accordance with federal law. Customers must provide the receiving dealer’s information at checkout or shortly after purchase. Accessories, parts, and non-firearm items may be shipped directly to the customer where legally permitted.
Shipping times may vary based on inventory, demand, and carrier schedules. Sawgrass Armament is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or legal processing times.
All sales are considered final once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer or FFL recipient. Returns for accessories or non-firearm items may be accepted at our discretion if the product remains unused and in its original packaging.
Custom work, gunsmithing services, and engraved items are non-refundable. Any issues with workmanship or service must be reported within a reasonable period for evaluation and correction.
All firearms submitted for service or modification must be lawfully owned by the customer. Sawgrass Armament is not responsible for any illegal firearm possession or misrepresentation.
Work performed will be documented and handled with care. However, customers acknowledge that modifications may affect factory warranties or performance. By submitting a firearm for service, you agree to these terms.
Sawgrass Armament is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use, misuse, or handling of any firearm, ammunition, or accessory purchased from us. The customer assumes all responsibility for safe use and storage of firearms and related products.
Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your information with third parties except as required by law or for order fulfillment.
